About

Built by an operator who has shipped enterprise software for two decades.

Intaqe.ai was founded on a simple observation: the most expensive minds in drug safety spend most of their day transcribing documents. We're building the intake layer that gives that time back — without ever compromising the rigor regulators expect.

What drives us

Vision, mission, and the values we build by.

Vision

No safety signal delayed by data entry.

A world where qualified safety experts spend their time on judgment, not transcription — and where the reporting clock is never lost to manual work.

Mission

Any source document, submission-ready.

To convert any clinical SAE source document into accurate, human-verified, E2B(R3)-compliant data that maps cleanly into the safety database — protecting both patient safety and the reporting deadline.

Our values

Patient safety first

Every design choice is weighed against one question: does it make a missed serious case more or less likely?

Evidence over assertion

Nothing the tool produces is unsupported. Every field is grounded to its source, and we publish accuracy only once it's measured.

Human in the loop

We accelerate expert judgment; we never replace it. The model proposes, the qualified professional disposes.

Built for inspection

If an auditor can't trace it, we haven't finished building it. Traceability and audit-readiness are requirements, not features.

Humble by design

We know the limits of our scope. Intaqe transcribes and assesses; binding regulatory decisions stay with the people accountable for them.

Earn the claim

We market capability a step behind what we've proven, never ahead of it. Trust is the product.

Palkie Matharu

Founder & CEO

Palkie brings 20 years of combined industry experience spanning enterprise IT, program delivery, and software architecture — including 15 years in IT portfolio management and SaaS deployment. Over the past two decades she has directed more than ten large-scale technology programs, each exceeding $10M, taking complex platforms from architecture and build through validation, rollout, and adoption.

As a hands-on software architect, she has designed and delivered enterprise systems end to end: defining the data models, integration layers, and service architectures that production platforms run on, and leading the engineering teams that build them. A PMP- and ITIL-certified delivery leader with a master's degree in urban planning, she approaches software the way planners approach cities — as living systems where structure, governance, and the people who use them must be designed together.

At Intaqe.ai, Palkie leads product, engineering, and compliance as founding member — building an adverse event intake platform engineered to the standard regulated safety data deserves.
